Dave Yost
Dave started assisting individuals with personalized insurance options in 2008 and found a great passion for the Medicare population. He quickly became one of the top-producing independent brokers in the country, joined TLC Insurance Group in 2011, and developed a simple marketing system that made him one of TLC's top agents. In 2017, Dave became an agent manager and opened Yost Insurance Agency. He has trained hundreds of agents and built his own management and broker training team — most recently co-leading recruitment and onboarding for a Fortune 500 company in the Medicare space.

Dr. David Mullane
David brings extensive experience training and mentoring others — from leadership roles with the YMCA and Camp Fitch, to classroom teaching and school administration, to executive leadership in public school systems and the private sector. He earned his Doctorate in Education and Leadership from Youngstown State University in 2020 and is an adjunct professor at multiple Ohio universities. Throughout his career he has approached his work as a servant leader, which is exactly what he does at Yost Insurance — most recently co-leading recruitment and onboarding for a Fortune 250 company in the Medicare space.
