The technology and tools you need to succeed in Medicare Insurance Plan sales, with timely and quality support.
Products
For some clients, the Erie Medicare Supplement plan is not an option due to underwriting restrictions. This partnership gives you additional supplement carriers to check for your clients in those instances when Erie is not the best fit.
In recent years, Medicare Advantage plans account for more than half of the Medicare Insurance market. We will help you get appointments with the optimal carriers in your area so that you have these important products available for your clients.
Prescription Drug Plans are an essential add on for our clients who opt to enroll in a Medicare Supplement plan. We will get you appointed with key carriers and equip you with our quoting and enrollment platform to streamline this important process.
What does it take to get started?
The first step is completing our agent data form and sending business-related documents such as your licenses, certificate of E&O insurance, and deposit slip.
Most carriers now offer web-based contracts. We initiate the request on your behalf and you receive an email from each carrier with a contracting link. We recommend only three or four carriers initially — you can always add more.
To represent Medicare Advantage and Part D plans, annual certifications are required — the largest being AHIP, plus carrier-specific training. None are proctored, but they require time and attention. We're here to help.
We offer ongoing online and one-on-one training. Many sessions are recorded and housed on our Partnership YouTube Channel and in the Partner Portal — designed to focus on your whole business, not just Medicare plans.
Even when you're trained, contracted, and certified, you'll have questions. We provide ongoing, easily accessible coaching. When you call us, we answer — and most of us are writing agents, not FAQ readers.
Benefits
Your clients will all need Medicare Insurance Plans. They deserve to have a trusted agency ensure their healthcare is optimal rather than a hotline operator.
